Waldhotel Fletschhorn

Our big room had a balcony and was calm and comfortable, just right for unwinding. The hotel was spotless, and every staff member was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, while dinner came in generous, tasty portions. Taxis were readily available to take us wherever we needed, and the friendly drivers even showed us around. We had a wonderful summer weekend and can't wait to return!

The forest surroundings were peaceful and away from the city, with lovely views and a relaxing feel. Breakfast is cooked to order, which means good quality and less food waste. Filipe made a special impression with his warm smile, kindness, humor, and friendly welcome. The whole staff were hospitable throughout our great stay. Highly recommended.

The beds were comfortable, our balcony had incredible views, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We even played a couple of games of Scrabble after dinner. Fletschhorn was a perfect base for walks nearby, including a scenic walk up to Hannig after we were welcomed with coffee. My partner and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. Everyone on staff was lovely, and we enjoyed getting to know Felipe and Frederico during the shuttles into the town centre. That's another fantastic perk. Thanks to Anna and team for hosting us, we can't wait to return!

Felipe, our driver, was always smiling, incredibly friendly, and worked tirelessly to pick us up and drop us off at the station. The staff were fantastic, and the property was exceptionally well maintained. The hotel sits in the forest, about a 15-minute walk from downtown Saas Fee, so it offers a nice mix of convenience and nature. We stayed in a family room for four. The bathroom was almost completely open to the bedroom, which felt a little awkward, so a shower partition would be a good addition. Even so, I'd absolutely stay here again.
