It's right in the village centre, not far from the station. Inside, everything has been completely renovated with beautifully tasteful decor, and the rooms are comfortable. The food was excellent and the value for money was great. We had a fantastic stay!

At Restaurant de la Gare in Saignelégier, we had a meal that felt simple and genuine, made with love. The hot bone-in ham from the village butcher was tender, flavorful and generous, and the homemade fries were fresh, crisp and golden. Fresh skate salad with a delicately seasoned vinaigrette balanced everything nicely. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, smiling and welcoming. The setting is superb, with a warm mix of rustic and modern that made us feel at ease right away. We finished this "bistronomic" meal with a delicate, light and refreshing gourmet coffee/tea. A real gem we'll treasure and happily return to. 😋🫶🏻

We started with drinks, then had a delicious meal and excellent wine. The café-restaurant is beautiful and the welcome was warm. We'll definitely come back.
