The spa was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The hotel looks new and nice. After I had an accident on the slope and trouble walking, the team helped me get to the doctor and managed my mobility needs during my stay.

The rest of the hotel was good, but the owner’s rudeness ruined our trip. They were rude and passive-aggressive, and basically screamed at us several times. We cleaned the kitchen before leaving because we thought it was polite, even though we’d paid the cleaning fee and didn’t have to. He came to inspect it for some reason, yelled at us again, and said he should have charged 100.- for that. Worst service ever. I wouldn’t recommend it.
