Samnaun is beautiful and the skiing is excellent, but I’d choose somewhere else to stay. For the same price, there are lovely spa hotels in the village within walking distance of shops and restaurants, with private ski buses to the slopes. The Atlantis staff were frankly rude, and the accommodation felt extremely dated. I stayed in March 2022. The girls sharing with me needed toilet paper, and we were told the petrol station was open and the bus would be along soon. At checkout, while I was loading bags into the car, a staff member tapped her watch at me and rushed us out of the car park, even though we weren’t overtime. Choose the town, but not this accommodation.

Skiing is the most important holiday of the year for me, so I really appreciated how well and thoughtfully the Zegg family looked after us. We spent a week at the Atlantis apartment and had a wonderful time. Our studio was lovely, spotless, and well equipped. The family were very friendly and personable without being intrusive, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend staying here.
