The region is stunning, and I'd recommend it for families. In summer, the ski lifts and access to the swimming pool with its thermal area are free, great for mountain hikes and relaxing at the end of the day. We had a fantastic week in an apartment (4 1/2 + 3 1/2). The welcome was warm and friendly, and the staff were always there if we needed help.
