I had booked four nights, including breakfast, over Christmas Eve and the days after. My mother died unexpectedly on Christmas morning, so I had to leave Samnaun right away. They charged me for all four nights even though I stayed just one. I asked for a discount and was turned down. Then I asked if they could offer a voucher to use in the future, at their discretion. That was refused too, and I was told to buy travel insurance next time. When did you lose your humanity?

We came for a weekend in September and booked when we arrived. They welcomed us warmly and gave us a very large room so our dog would have more space. The room was charmingly furnished and very clean, with a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The spa is a little small, but it does the job. I highly recommend staying here! 🫶

Everything was impeccable during our one-night stay. The standout was how kind and attentive José was. A great hotel to stay at in Samnaun 🏔️

Thanks for all the helpful tips and assistance during our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

Sergio surprised my son and me with breakfast on both of our birthdays, which made for a wonderful celebration. Thank you so much, Sergio, for those lovely days at your hotel! We had a wonderful stay, felt completely at home in this family-run place, and found the room and amenities perfect. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choice. Fantastic!
