Outrageous. The hotel charged a hold on my credit card after I'd contacted them to explain that it was fraudulent. They ignored my calls and emails and made the charge without discussing it with me or investigating.

The ski storage room and sauna area are both top-notch, and the Zegg shuttle is always available to bring you back if you don't ski down to the valley. You can even ski from the hotel straight to the cable car station, ski-in. For dinner, reception can book one of the village's fine restaurants. The Waldpark Hotel is superbly situated and nicely furnished, with lovely rooms and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with nothing missing, including the best soft-boiled eggs, which I usually miss in hotels. It couldn't be better.

The Waldpark is a perfect base for a ski holiday in Samnaun, especially with direct access to the slopes and a shuttle back. The rooms are spacious and very nice, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the sauna is well maintained. We always feel welcome and comfortable with Edi and his friendly team, and the hotel has all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Every time we leave, we're already looking forward to coming back.
