There’s no kettle or tea and coffee in the rooms, though you can ask for hot water in the lobby. Some rooms have a bathtub, which I liked, and the rooms generally have most of what you need. The place was clean, and the service felt fair for the price. It’s a little pricey, but still reasonable for what’s offered. Seems like a lot of people stop here between road trip legs, and overall I thought it was a good hotel.

The restaurant food was good quality, and we especially enjoyed the steaks. Our kids were comfortable here too, with clean, modern rooms and a comfy baby bed. The outdoor pool was a refreshing treat, with plenty of water toys, and the staff were lovely and friendly. We’re glad we found our happy place in Switzerland on the way south. See you soon!

It’s in a quiet spot, but a car is needed to get anywhere. The hotel was clean and I liked it, with modern, quiet rooms and a good restaurant. When we came back in July 2022, things were much the same: friendly staff, delicious restaurant food, and clean rooms.

We stayed for three nights, with spacious, clean rooms and a swimming pool with a jacuzzi included. The staff were polite and caring, and breakfast was delicious. A lovely spot for relaxing and visiting beautiful Ticino. 5/5 stars!

The standout was the impeccable service, which was more efficient than at some pricier places. The lunch was excellent value too, fresh and homemade with plenty to choose from, all for less than 30 Swiss Francs.
