The wooden dining room has the warm feel of an authentic chalet, and the service was lovely. We had a delicious dinner, with plenty to choose from and a very tasty meal. We'll definitely return.

The location is a plus, but what made the biggest impression was how warmly we were welcomed by the owner and staff as soon as we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout, and the breakfast had an amazing variety. The hospitality was wonderful. Five stars don't feel like enough. Thank you to everyone there, and I hope to see you again soon. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday.

We found the rooms on the train station side quiet even when trains arrived, while the main street side can get more car noise. The station is right nearby, which makes the location excellent. Our room was well equipped, and the balcony on that side was a real plus, with fantastic mountain views. The internet worked reliably for streaming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great spread and very good coffee. The restaurant seemed popular for dinner, though we didn't eat there.

The room was spotless, dinner was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We found the prices very reasonable, especially for this region. A really lovely stay.
