We spent two nights here during a motorbike tour, and the rooms were clean. The service and smiles were the best we came across in Switzerland. We arrived at 1 am on the first day, and the lady was waiting for us with a smile, even though people in the Alps go to sleep at 9 pm, lol. She always seemed cheerful and ready to help.

We stopped for a coffee and a bit of rest, without staying overnight. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere, and the service was excellent and friendly. One of the best coffees I’ve had in Switzerland.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely stay. A few things could use attention: there was too much smoke in the sauna, and the bathroom fan sounded too intermittent when it didn’t have enough to do. The Wi-Fi also performed poorly. Still, I think people should put their laptops away and enjoy the sunshine outside.
