The hotel canceled my confirmed reservation for Dec 27-28 on the day I was due to check in, after check-in time had already begun. It was entirely the hotel's doing, and left me without a place to stay in St. Moritz during peak season, when last-minute rooms are virtually impossible to find. The cheapest alternative nearby then cost 5x as much. Canceling just hours before a guest arrives in a resort town like St. Moritz is unacceptable and shows no responsibility toward guests. If you can't honor reservations, you shouldn't list rooms. I'd strongly warn anyone considering this property that even a confirmed booking may not be reliable.

The view is the main draw, and there’s free parking. I only stopped briefly for coffee while passing through, so I can’t comment on the food. The coffee wasn’t amazing, and the menu has only a few options.

They canceled my booking two days before our stay, leaving us with nowhere to stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is basic accommodation right by the lake. Everything is in excellent condition and clean, but there’s no luxury. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast and dinner are served in one of the region’s best restaurants. If you don’t need a 5* place, go here.

The bathrooms were flooded and the place was overpriced. There was nobody at reception, and they messed up our booking. Poor service.
