The wellness area was a real treat, with a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge, and our room had a bathtub too. I also loved how quickly you can get around: the art gallery is two minutes away, winter and summer sports are a seven-minute walk, and St. Moritz is about seven minutes by car. The station shuttle was handy, and public transport to St. Moritz was reliable, taking around 20 to 35 minutes. Buses run late on weekends as well. The atmosphere and decor made me feel at home, and the staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was excellent, authentic, fresh, and clearly made by a skilled chef. I have celiac disease and believe I may have accidentally been exposed to gluten, which can cause discomfort even in small amounts, but the food itself was outstanding. I initially gave the hotel three stars soon after arriving because booking directly had been difficult and a few early discrepancies made me question my choice. By the end of the stay, I felt that first impression didn't reflect the whole experience. I suggest booking through a third-party platform if you want to make sure you get the room type and view you selected. My own stay wasn't a perfect five stars, though I think the hotel deserves that rating. I highly recommend it for enjoying nature with easy access to St. Moritz.

Silvaplana is a picturesque town and a lovely base for exploring the Engadin region. We visited in October and stayed at Albana, where we felt welcome as soon as we arrived to check in. They offered us a delicious welcome appletiser drink. Our room had magical mountain views, and waking up to them was spectacular and memorable. I especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and its selection of cheeses, since I'm a big cheese fan. We had a wonderful stay on our trip to Engadin.

The restaurant was a standout for me. Every meal was delicious, and the morning pancakes deserve a special mention. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, so we slept well. From the moment we arrived, the friendly, attentive team made us feel at home. A fantastic hotel that goes above and beyond. I can't wait to come back!

We had a really enjoyable two-night stay with our one-year-old. Everyone was friendly from the first minute, and the restaurant staff were especially warm and kind. The room was clean, the stay was comfortable, and the food was delicious. It's a tastefully furnished boutique hotel, with a bakery and small supermarket just a two-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We're already talking about coming back next summer!
