Luxury Villa – Deltapark

We had such a nice long weekend tucked away at the spa. The service team were friendly and helpful, and breakfast and dinner were both high quality. We enjoyed a lakeside walk, drinks at the lounge bar, a deeply relaxing sauna, and a massage. The hotel is small and thoughtfully designed, with nothing over the top, just a warm, welcoming feel in a quiet natural setting. We’ll definitely be back.

The team made this stay special, warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Jana deserves a special thank you for her professional, kind service at dinner, and the chef took great care with my food allergies. The meal was delicious, and breakfast was outstanding, fresh, high quality, and full of choice, easily comparable to a five-star spread. The rooms were very comfortable, with cozy beds and everything needed for quiet, restful nights. The spa was calming and beautifully maintained. Set right by the lake, the hotel has peaceful surroundings and makes a great base for exploring the Bernese Oberland and Switzerland more broadly. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly return and recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff were what we liked most, everyone was so nice. We stayed a few days with our 10 months old son, and the modern, clean hotel had a spacious room. There’s water, tea, and coffee in the corridor, which is a lovely extra. The spa allows children between 11-15 o’clock, which felt very fair. We also enjoyed the gym, small but very modern. We’d definitely like to come back!

We started the weekend with a lovely, patient receptionist who explained everything clearly. The room was impressive, and the beds were really comfortable. The spa was great too, with a sauna, hammam, and indoor and outdoor pools. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious. The staff were so warm and wonderful. Breakfast the next morning had a huge variety, and everything tasted great. We finished with another visit to the spa, and the receptionists were lovely again when we checked out. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. If the staff see this, thank you so much for your attention. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel and come back whenever I can.
