The hotel's high setting in Suvretta is convenient for skiing, close to the lift and making it easy to ski in and out of Corviglia. The spa was nice, but there didn't seem to be any oversight. Children ran and shouted all afternoon, making it difficult to relax or use the facilities. Food was also left spilled in one of the pools. Breakfast was adequate, nothing especially impressive. We did have a good time in some ways, but the lack of help from staff left us stressed and overwhelmed. Our car started sliding on the steep, icy parking lot road, putting a wrongly parked car at risk of being hit. We asked for help, but nobody came outside or offered a useful solution. They stayed at the desk and wished us luck, then made us wait 25 minutes for the owner of the other car to arrive and move it. No one tried to ease the situation. Instead, I was given a taxi number, meaning we'd have to keep paying 30 CHF each way to get where we wanted. Very unkind and unfortunate.

We spent seven nights here and found it comfortable, with a lovely view from our suite. The restaurant also overlooks impressive scenery, and its staff were attentive and efficient, which we appreciated after skiing all day. The hotel is well placed for the slopes, about a seven minute walk from the Suvretta chairlifts, and quick shuttle rides are available too. Special thanks to the drivers, who were always punctual and helpful. Friendly, dependable service throughout.

We spent Christmas here, and the general managers were very present and hands on. We enjoyed the complimentary mulled wine and the incredible scenery, and they were charming company. The rooms were clean with Alpine decor. Breakfast was a buffet with a good choice of cold cuts and continental items, plus bacon and eggs. Both on site restaurants served a nice range of good Swiss food at reasonable prices, with lots of cheese, lol. The complimentary shuttle to the train station was much appreciated, and the spa had everything from an outdoor hot tub to steam and dry saunas.

A cozy, warm and welcoming place. The reception ladies are amazing, always kind and ready to explain things or help whenever you need. I have every reason to choose Randolins Berghotel again each time I come back to St Moritz. ❤️

We loved staying here. Everything felt magical, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect. The shuttle to and from the station was really convenient. Definitely worth a visit.
