For two weeks, we had to raise every issue ourselves and wait for the owners or agency to respond, which disrupted our holiday plans. On arrival, we found dirt and dust throughout because the cleaners had only done a superficial job, so we had to clean again. The house was in poor condition inside and out, and a huge building site right next door made things worse. The kitchen and bathroom layouts were impractical, with barely enough room for two people at a time. The location itself is nice, but it’s unfortunate that St. Moritz tolerates rentals like this.
