When I checked into my room, there was a naked stranger inside. I had to go back to Hotel Victoria to get another key. They gave me a voucher for sparkling wine that could only be used at Victoria, but I returned it without using it. There was no hair dryer or refrigerator in the room. When I asked for a hair dryer, they brought towels instead. They later brought a refrigerator, but it was broken and didn't cool at all. Refrigerant was leaking. Whenever I opened the door, I breathed in the gas and felt short of breath and dizzy. I went back to Victoria to explain, and they didn't apologize at all. They just said they'd remove the refrigerator. They also threw away the things inside it, with no apology or compensation. I had a great time in Zurich, but the stay in St. Moritz completely ruined my mood. With two nights left, I'm just counting down to checkout. This was the worst hotel service I've experienced in Switzerland.

The natural wooden furniture gives the hotel a lovely feel, and the food was truly delicious. I complimented Chef Stegemann, who told me he personally chooses local farmers for artisanal cheeses and meats. Breakfast was an absolute delight, and our very cheerful, kind waitress Lira looked after us. I really enjoyed my short stay.

I lost my earphones and thought it was staff, but I was wrong. I'm an idiot, and I'm sorry. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly nice. The breakfast lady was especially accommodating. She kept everything plentiful and made sure coffee was on the table without us having to ask. She was amazing. Thanks to housekeeping too, for always cleaning up after me after a long day at work. Thanks for having me.

The food was amazing, and I'd definitely love to come back. Service and atmosphere were both warm and welcoming. The room was great, with an amazing view, and the shower had strong pressure and heated up quickly.

You have to check in at the main hotel across the street, and there's nobody around to help with anything. Our room was small and crowded with oversized furniture. The two twin beds were put together as a queen, but there was a gap between them as wide as Lake Geneva. The pillow was about as thick as the blanket. This place felt more like a roach motel and made Motel 6 seem luxurious.
