The spa was a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring, and robes and slippers in our room made it easy to enjoy the facilities included with our stay. We also got a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was cozy and beautifully styled. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the location made it easy to see St. Moritz and the surrounding area. Free transfers to and from the train station made arrival and departure stress-free. A relaxing, upscale place to stay.

Grissini Restaurant went out of its way to prepare a delicious vegetarian dinner tailored to our taste. As vegetarians traveling with family, that effort meant a lot. Riccardo, the bartender, was another highlight: his kindness, energy, and wonderful drinks brought us so much joy. The reception team were always smiling, helpful, and accommodating, and everyone seemed to go the extra mile. We felt right at home at Crystal Hotel, St. Moritz, and would recommend it a million times over.

In August 2025, my wife and I stayed two nights at the Crystal in St. Moritz. Its location made the visit especially lovely: charming shops and excellent restaurants are just steps away, and Lake St. Moritz is a pleasant walk from the hotel.

The spa and gym were excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and helpful. Our room was cozy, though it got quite warm at night. Opening the window helped, but outside noise made it hard to keep cool. The separate hot and cold taps in the sink and shower weren't ideal, the mattress felt rather firm, and there was only one key for two guests. The restaurant was okay, though a few dishes disappointed us. Breakfast was decent, but some items cost extra.
