The breakfast was great and included in our stay. But it was advertised as a hotel, and it’s really a hostel, which left us very disappointed. There was a small shower in the room with no real privacy curtain. If you wanted to change clothes, you had to go into the shower, which was maybe 2.5 get by 2.5 feet. We wouldn’t stay there again.

The room we booked for 5 had plenty of space for all of us. The balcony view was amazing, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a very good spot, near the station and high street.

I went just after the season, when the whole town seemed almost empty. The hotel was well priced for St Moritz, though it was about a 15-minute walk back to the main strip.

Our week-long reservation couldn't be canceled, credited, or partially refunded after the Engadin marathon, the region's main event, was canceled. It feels very unfair to charge the client the full amount when none of the services are provided, especially when this wasn't an insurable cause.
