Kulm Hotel St. Moritz

We’ve stayed at the Kulm three times, once in summer and twice in winter, and every visit has been outstanding. The spa team were attentive without hovering. At the ski lounge, service was quick, comfortable, and very friendly, making ski rental the best experience we’ve had. For dinner we tried the Pizzeria and the Kulm Country Club, and both meals left a lasting impression. We’ve tried to recreate the shrimp pasta from the Pizzeria and the Roasted Cauliflower dip from the Kulm Country Club at home, with little success so far. I guess we’ll have to return! The rooms have lovely touches, from heated bathroom floors and Japanese toilets (iykyk) to cozy, modern Alpine decor. The Kulm feels like top-class luxury without the snootiness you find at some other hotels. If that’s what you want in St Moritz, this is the place.

We had an amazing family stay at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz with our children and dog. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the spa was fantastic. The nearby ice rink was a real hit with the kids, while the central location made shopping and relaxed evening walks around town easy. The ski butler service was excellent and usually very quick, so ski days felt effortless. The kids could also go to the kids’ club and take skiing lessons, which was a big plus for us. A wonderful family-friendly hotel that lives up to its reputation.

We’ve now stayed at the Kulm twice. Our first visit was in summer, and we were so impressed that we promised ourselves we’d come back in winter. We did, within a year. The service is impeccable, and every one of the many meals we had at the hotel was awesome. We used the spa several times. It has to be one of the best facilities we’ve visited anywhere in the world, and we travel internationally a lot. We’ll be lifelong guests.

The food is art, delicious and beautifully presented, with every dish thoughtfully put together. The floral displays are works of art too, and bring a refined, warm feel throughout the hotel. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was outstanding, attentive and elegant, with genuine care in every detail. Kulm Hotel feels like timeless luxury, impeccable taste, and hospitality you don’t forget. Truly exceptional.
