We had nothing to complain about. The hotel was good value for the price, with a very good internet connection and a small but lovely spa. Our room was spacious, and breakfast was good too. Markus kindly picked us up at the train station, and the service made us feel well looked after. We also loved the fondue, one of the best we’ve had.

The breakfast was the letdown. It was basic, with limited choices, and didn’t match the description or photos. Maybe that was because of corona, but some vegetables, fresh juice, or savory options would have helped. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay a lot. The room was clean and cosy, the location was superb, just a minute from the lake and 10-15 minutes from town. The staff were excellent, kind, and helpful, and there’s free charging for electric cars and bikes. A very good option for a visit to Sankt Moritz.

The local feel was nice, and the place was busy, so I’m glad we booked. Service was charming, if a little slow, and the food was tasty and nicely presented. I only gave it three stars because they charged CHF 4.50 for tap water, which always annoys me. I don’t like fancy water, and Swiss tap water is great. Charging for it feels mean, especially since we also had plenty of wine. I’ll go again, but not for a while.

We had our wedding here, and Roberto, Lukas, and the whole team were fabulous. The food and drinks were extraordinary, and the service was beyond perfect. We’ll be back!

We loved the peaceful setting and the lake and mountain views. The rooms and food were great, and everyone was very nice. Lukas made our stay even more memorable. Picking this place was a great choice, and we’ll come back. M&M
