Laudinella Apartments

The restaurants were delicious, especially the Asia restaurant, which we really enjoyed. Reception staff were kind and helpful throughout our visit. At the bar, service generally wasn’t very attentive, although Soma stood out with excellent service and made up for the other bartenders’ shortcomings. We also thought 30 Swiss francs for each spa visit was quite overpriced.

We always stay here when we come to St. Moritz, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped, with everything spotlessly clean and comfortable. Public areas felt just as fresh and well maintained. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices and high-quality ingredients, served in lovely dining spaces with a great atmosphere. Staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always smiling and ready to help, and went above and beyond for every request.

The apartment was beautifully built, with impressive architecture and quality throughout. Every detail felt carefully considered, and everything was impeccable. But I didn’t like that the kitchen cabinets and sink were locked, with access costing an extra €200 per day, even though we’d booked a large, expensive apartment with a kitchen. That didn’t feel fair. Reception staff weren’t especially welcoming, either. The espresso machine didn’t work during our stay and, despite several requests, was never properly fixed or replaced.

The rooftop pool was lush, with a beautiful view, and the spa was brand new. The lobby and rooms felt clean, fresh, and new, and the train station shuttle was a brilliant feature. The restaurants were nice and the service was good, though they felt a little pricey for what they were. I did mark down the service because a cocktail I ordered never arrived. We finished a whole card game, realized it probably wasn’t coming, and went back to our room.
