The views from this old castle in the Swiss mountains are breathtaking, and the rooms are equipped. What stood out just as much was how welcoming the staff were. Breakfast has quality ingredients and plenty to choose from. There’s also free coffee and tea throughout the day, plus a room for studying and stargazing with a telescope at night. A charming, unusual place to stay, highly recommended.

The local cheeses at breakfast were great, and the other products were local too. This BnB is set in a beautiful historic castle, with comfortable rooms. The host was really friendly and accommodating.

We had four rooms for six people, arriving right at the start of winter with fresh snow around. The hostess was so kind and helpful, even with my frequent changes to the plans and timing. The common areas felt charming and comfortable, like a rustic four-star hotel. Our rooms were simply but tastefully decorated, and the beds were very nice. Breakfast was generous, with first-rate local products, homemade bread and jams, plus a clever high-end coffee maker. I thought the price-quality ratio was excellent for such a unique setting.

I stayed in the apartment, which felt really homey. Every morning the lovely manager greeted me with a smile and a delicious breakfast. It’s a magical castle on a hill, just the kind of place to detach from reality.
