We'd originally had a good stay, but a run-in with the staff changed that. There was an accidental stain on a towel, and we were made to pay 30 francs for it. When we went to settle the charge, the staff were rude and condescending. The rooms were also quite stuffy, with hardly any ventilation, and the fan didn't do much to cool things down.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Drinks and snacks are available at any time. I really like this place and was very satisfied. I'll come back if I get the chance. Thanks.

The patio was a lovely spot for breakfast, which was delicious. Hotel Sursee is well located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was construction next door in August 2024. There's no air conditioning.

The marble floor and comfortable bed made this modern hotel feel nice and cozy. The room looked fresh and absolutely clean, and the buffet breakfast was good. Hot and cold drinks are available around the clock, and public transport is about a 10-minute walk away. A few things could make the stay better: air conditioning instead of the ceiling fan, extra pillows, and an iron.

We stayed from 12 September to 16 September 2022 and booked a family room with access to a lovely garden where the kids could play, and we could grill and relax. There was enough room for all five of us to move around freely, and having a portable fan was a big plus. Breakfast had enough choices to get the day started. Best of all, guests could refill drinking water for free at any time, day or night. There were some light meals too, like noodles, Nutella and oats. The staff were so welcoming and supportive. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sursee train station and five minutes from supermarkets. We'll definitely stay again!
