Aparthotel Monte Rosa - Tasch

Lovell Josip managed everything so well, and was kind and helpful, even staying behind to welcome us when our train was delayed. The balcony view was stunning, and we loved both the Monte Rosa and Zermatt. The apartment was a well-sized one-bedroom with a large balcony, plus access to a shared wellness center with a sauna, pool, and plunge bath. We chose Monte Rosa because the apartments in Zermatt felt too small, and what we got here was amazing. It was about seven minutes from Täsch train station, one stop from Zermatt, and there was another station just two minutes away on foot. So convenient.

The balcony had a great night view, as shown in the picture. It's close to Tasch Station, and the price was good for a place that sleeps six. The room and facilities felt quite dated, though, and even some basic furnishing upgrades would help.

When I booked in Spanish, the owner was rude. My wife had to go to hospital a few days before we were due to arrive, but he still charged me. He could have been more understanding and let us postpone the trip, but instead chose to take the money and lose a customer.

The location and balcony view are great, but the apartments only look good from outside. They were very small, and the equipment was old, damaged, and a bit dirty. The bathroom was especially awful, and the old carpet flooring was dirty too.
