Parking is really tight, so book a space ahead. Some spots looked impossible for an SUV, and someone was using one to sharpen or wax their skis. The room had a very large balcony and nice views, though it was quite warm and I couldn’t figure out how to lower the temperature. A bathtub would have been nice, but the wood details in the bathroom were very cool. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly and helpful, and I’d call it a boutique hotel. Breakfast was good, and staff checked whether we’d finished before clearing things away, which was a nice touch. The steak restaurant is nice, though the village could use more variety. The honor bar was a nice touch too.

The location made skiing so easy, with ski-in, ski-out access and plenty of long runs close by. My family and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days two weeks ago. We wanted a Swiss chalet-style place for a ski trip in Switzerland, and it was fantastic. The staff and service were amazing, and they helped us plan a wonderful day trip. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Richard was our host and always ready to help, whether we had a question or needed something. He made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The hotel is clean and friendly, with spacious rooms and great access to the lifts. The restaurant was delicious, and Charlie, our waiter, was attentive and made dinner a pleasure. Breakfast was tasty and nicely presented; I’d only suggest adding hot options like scrambled eggs, oatmeal, bacon, or sausage. We had a great time and hope to return soon. I’d highly recommend it, and don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Thanks to Richard and the team!

We had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the food and wines. The brownie was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a Swiss chalet feel and a mountain view. Sitting on the balcony, we could relax to the sound of the stream and sheep bells. Breakfast was good, and all the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We’re very happy and will definitely stay again!

A small gem in the heart of Port de Soleil. The rooms are warm, spacious, and beautiful, and the place has plenty of charm. The staff are top class, and the restaurant appears in the 2018 Michelin guide.
