The front desk made everything smooth and stress-free. They gave us useful advice on ski trails and went above and beyond to arrange our ski delivery and return shipping. The rooms are a little old, and the shower temperature wasn’t always steady, but we had a positive stay overall.

The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout, and the hotel seems well cared for. Rooms were clean and comfortable, while the common areas were very respectable. The buffet breakfast was good, too. It’s likely among the more affordable hotels in Verbier, and a bus ride of about 5-10 minutes gets you to the main lifts.

The staff were super helpful, and there’s a good ski hire shop in the basement. A ski bus stop about 150 metres away takes around five minutes to reach the lifts. The public areas have been nicely refurbished, and breakfast was great. Bedrooms have a traditional style and are a little dated, though clean, with nice toiletries. There aren’t tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

We visited in summer and had a great stay. The room was large and clean, breakfast was generous, and we could eat in the garden. Service was great, too. Free parking outside is limited, though there are other paid options nearby. We’ll come again.

Even though we stayed for just one night, we found it great value for money. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there was a mountain view and blackout blinds. The spa has a pool, sauna and steam room, and breakfast was to die for. We also appreciated having a locked room for our bikes overnight. The hotel is about 1 km from Le Chable gondola and a five-minute walk from the center. Amazing service.
