Everything was taken care of when we arrived, including ski hire and ski passes, which are arranged at the hotel. There’s also a shuttle to take you where you need to go throughout the day, so you don’t have to carry your skis back and forth. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. After five nights, my first visit to the beautiful village of Verbier had been a wonderful experience from start to finish. This hotel deserves five stars. I really recommend it and hope to come back next year.

After a long day on the slopes, the spa was just right, and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Baptiste and the on-site ski concierge were amazing, and the shuttle made it easy to get around town. I can’t say enough good things about Cordee in Verbier. Highly recommend it!

The spa was excellent, with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub with massaging jets. The Médran gondola is within walking distance, which was a nice benefit. Service stood out every time we interacted with someone, from the shuttle drivers and front desk to the spa team and breakfast servers. We’ll definitely stay again.

The staff were especially kind and always ready to help, and otherwise everything was perfect. The rooms, service, and location were all superb. I’d suggest clearer labels for some breakfast buffet foods, such as the types of cheese, and a stricter quiet policy at the spa.

A room with a fireplace makes for a truly magical stay. We’re repeat guests because the rooms are lovely, the staff are outstanding, and the private shuttle makes getting to the ski resort easy. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, including fresh fruit, and the spa is lovely and well maintained. We’ll be back.
