Hotel Vanessa

We stayed in a Suite Chalet as a family of four, and it was very comfortable. The hotel has a welcoming feel and a good size for a family stay. Restaurants and the central ski lift are within easy walking distance, with a hotel shuttle available when needed. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We spent Christmas week at Hotel Le Vanessa and loved it. I’d gladly return.

The ski room is well organized, and the shuttle makes getting to the mountain quick and easy. Rooms are comfortable, with plenty of storage and good appointments. Breakfast is included and has enough variety to suit everyone before a day of skiing.

The driver was really kind and helpful, and the rides to and from the cable car were a great touch. Service was the standout for me: reception made everything easy, from parking and charging my electric car to helping with skis and lockers.

After trying several other Verbier hotels over the last four years, we were very happy we switched to Hotel Le Vanessa. It’s right in the heart of Verbier, with spacious, comfortable rooms and a charming, family-friendly feel. The manager and staff were warm and attentive, and the shuttle to and from the slopes was prompt and dependable. We also appreciated the generous breakfast selection. Extra charges for items outside the buffet came up in some reviews, but staff clearly explained this when guests were seated, which seemed quite standard to us. After skiing, the large jacuzzi and sauna were a lovely way to unwind. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
