We left already talking about coming back. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the scenery and views are breathtaking, but the staff's warmth made the biggest impression. It felt cozy and home-like right away. We've told our friends, and every one of them said they were jealous. Guarda Val is a new favorite for us.

Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. The location is wonderful, and the room was great too. We could enjoy complimentary cookies, coffee, or tea in the wine cellar, and take the free shuttle to the lake in Lenzerheide. The outdoor hot-water barrel is a must. Definitely recommend.

The food was excellent, whether at breakfast, in the gourmet Restaurant, or in the bistro. The setting blends in nicely with the village, and the staff were attentive and seemed to anticipate what we'd need. Such a pleasant stay at Guarda Val. Thank you to the team!

Crap Naros had a lovely atmosphere, attentive service, and really tasty local food. Breakfast was hearty, with local produce, and went until 11am. We also got e-bikes to explore the surrounding "Bike Kingdom" and had a fantastic time. On checkout day, after our hike, we could still use the shower and rest area, which was top service. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. From booking to the helpful staff, dining, and other facilities, everything surpassed my expectations. Thanks to everyone on the team.

The owner has carefully restored this lovely hotel in the beautiful Lenzerheide region, keeping the character of this special place. Staff are friendly and service is good. They leave thoughtful extras, like water bottles for hikes and tea with delicious cakes each afternoon. My one disappointment was Crap Naros, where the food didn't match the rest of the hotel's standard.
