We only came for dinner and left thoroughly disappointed. The prices were the biggest issue: 27.5 CHF for a cheeseburger without fries, and while it was good, it was nowhere near great. For 7.5 CHF, the side was just nine really small potatoes. I understand mountain prices can be higher because of transport costs, but this didn’t feel justifiable. Service was somewhat friendly, but they didn’t go out of their way to help us. It took a good ten minutes for someone to take our drinks order, even though the restaurant wasn’t full or especially busy. I have seven years of hospitality experience, so believe me, it really wasn’t that busy. At 21.15 on a Saturday night, we had to check whether the kitchen was still open, and they seemed annoyed when we ordered more things. My advice is to find a local restaurant to spend your money. This felt like an overpriced tourist trap.

The view was great, but it honestly felt like we were mainly paying for the window. Our room was extremely basic, with only the bare minimum, and it wasn’t serviced during our three-night stay. I’ve stayed in hostels that offered more comfort and better value. After skiing, it was uncomfortable in the restaurant because it wasn’t properly heated. The food was underwhelming too: the burger came very bare, and the “side potatoes” were about five half potatoes. It gave us the impression that the place was cutting corners. We’d reserved a table, but got a cold welcome from a staff member who was difficult and focused on problems from the start. We were seated among empty tables, then warned we could stay only for a limited time, even though the restaurant remained mostly empty and nobody came after us. That caused unnecessary stress. There’s no real lounge or Aufenthaltsraum to relax in after skiing, only restaurant tables. Three nights at Revier Mountain Lodge Lenzerheide felt much too long. We left very disappointed and won’t return.

The restaurant was very good and the staff seemed nice. The location couldn’t be better, with breathtaking views from the bed. I’ll be back.

The view is amazing, and there’s a nice restaurant on the ground floor. Rooms have only a few features, but everything in them is very good quality. Breakfast was good, though the choice may be a bit limited if you have special dietary needs. I love the place, especially the super friendly staff, and look forward to returning.

They promised a huge turnout for the New Year’s party they hosted, but only 15 people showed up and it felt super awkward. The DJ cancelled without any information, and our New Year’s plans were ruined. 👎
