Schweizerhof Ferienwohnungen Lenzerheide 4

The location and facilities have a lot of potential, but our stay at Schweizerhof Ferienwohnungen Lenzerheide 1 was disappointing. Even though the building is part of the larger Schweizerhof complex, we felt the apartment guests were treated like second- or even third-class visitors, unlike guests of the main building. We found smoke from the fire pit unbearable, even with the windows closed, and there wasn’t enough fresh air to breathe comfortably or relax because our apartment was directly above it. Communication with the host felt unprofessional and irritated, especially when we raised concerns. We got frustrating responses instead of constructive solutions. The host also complained about water stains on the brand-new wooden floor. It’s baffling that an apartment in a ski area, where wet clothes, boots, and snow are inevitable, would have flooring unable to handle moisture. The setup and expectations felt impractical for normal ski resort conditions. Future guests should know about them. If you expect an experience like the main Schweizerhof building, I’d recommend booking elsewhere.

The apartments are good and close to the center. It’s nice that you can use the pool facilities attached to the hotel.

Great service, and it’s linked to a great hotel.

The pools, steam room, and outdoor jacuzzi at the hotel were a lovely extra. Apartment 503 was perfect for our skiing holiday in Lenzerheide in mid March. It was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. Its location was excellent for the ski bus serving all the lift areas, and shops, restaurants, and public transport were also close by. Samantha explained how to get in easily when we arrived and was very helpful and quick to reply. She also kindly let us leave our bags in the apartment on departure, since we were skiing before heading back to the Airport. We recommend the Schweizerhof apartments and look forward to coming back to Lenzerheide.
