Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the center of Lenzerheide, and my room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t sleep very well on the mattress, though my back is delicate, so that happens to me in most hotels.

Our week of winter sports here felt far too short. The welcoming atmosphere and such friendly people made it a wonderful holiday, and after a few days we felt rested and recharged in this lovely place.

The location was handy for walking into town or down to the lake, though it didn’t feel idyllic. We had to leave the car about a kilometer away, which was inconvenient but not a major problem. The pictures online didn’t match our experience, and the hotel has the feel of a 1960s apartment block. Our room was too small for the price and too warm, and the bed was VERY uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good, but the price-to-performance ratio was VERY poor.

Everything was really clean, and our bathroom had just been renovated. The room was quite nice, though the TV and curtains looked very outdated. I slept well on the comfy bed, but it squeaked a lot. The spa’s naked area was lovely, with several saunas and an infrared light room. The pool was okay, though it could’ve been warmer. Breakfast was exceptional, with lots of choices, including milk alternatives. The staff were lovely and easygoing.

The bike storage room was handy, and I liked having Bosch chargers and a hose for washing the bike. Breakfast had lots of options and was good value. I was here for a mountain biking trip, and the basic room suited me well as a solo traveler, with the essentials including a fridge and coffee machine.
