Hotel Chalet Royal

Hotel Chalet Royal gave us a wedding day we’ll always remember, and we’re so grateful to everyone there. We celebrated in October 2025 after cancelling our previous venue just five weeks beforehand, so we were worried about finding a solution in time. From our first contact, the team was welcoming, helpful, professional, and efficient. They helped us organise our dream wedding in only five weeks, kept everything on schedule, answered our questions quickly, and made sure the day went smoothly. We trusted them completely, and they clearly did everything they could to keep our guests happy and comfortable. Valeria Landi, the event manager, was a delight to work with and made things much easier. The hotel views, rooms, restaurant, and food were all amazing. We highly recommend Hotel Chalet Royal for events.

I wish there’d been a kettle in the room so I could make tea or coffee in the evening, especially since reception was only open until 17:00. The two receptionists, M 1 and M 2, were really nice and helpful. It’s a lovely mountain hotel with a very good view, depending on your room. I visited in low season, when breakfast meant going out to a restaurant about 100m away. There’s a spa with a hammam and sauna, plus a gym, but you have to book them separately and pay by the person and by the hour, which can get expensive for a large group.

The food was actually very good when I had dinner at the restaurant. The service, though, was the worst we’ve had in Central Europe so far: unfriendly, inattentive, and so slow it was hard to accept.

We spent two fantastic weekends here. The location for skiing is unbeatable, and the views from the incredibly clean rooms are amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace in the afternoon. Highly recommended!
