The rooms had stunning views, and the hotel was spotless. You’d never guess pets were allowed. The pool was lovely, and it was great to have a spa and gym too, though I didn’t get to try either. Breakfast was good, but I found eggshells in the scrambled eggs on three occasions. The staff there were excellent, especially Melissa, Paul and Cindy, who went out of their way to make breakfast a great experience. Reception staff were patient and helpful as well. The bathroom amenities fell short, and room service wasn’t available despite being listed online. It was pricey, but I felt it was worth it.

The gym could use better ventilation and more free weights. It’s freshly renovated, but being beside the pool makes it hot and humid, and there are too many bikes for such a small space. Apart from that, this is a really spacious, lovely hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are large, new and clean, service was consistently great, and the reception and restaurant areas also look newly renovated.

The ski bus and regional bus both stop right outside. After a day skiing, we enjoyed the spa, and breakfast was great too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely stay at Victoria Hotel.

After skiing, we liked relaxing in the Spa, especially the great Sauna, Steam Bath and very large indoor pool. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and the indoor areas were beautiful. Breakfast was great too. It would be nice to have a Half Board option with dinner, so we wouldn’t need to go out of the Hotel to eat every night. A great Hotel in Villars, Switzerland.

The location worked really well for us, near the village and lifts, and the staff made us feel welcome. After days out, we could unwind in the lovely pool and wellness area. Our family also appreciated the spacious, comfortable rooms and the great breakfast. A wonderful, relaxed stay at Victoria Hotel & Residence in Villars.
