We've been coming to the BEAUSITE for ten years, first with our whole family and now just my husband and me. We've seen so many changes at the hotel over that time, and we still have a great time every visit. We love the outdoor pool, and director Roman always greets us with a smile. Pavel, the bar manager, is amazing, while Anja the concierge went above and beyond to have our requested reservations ready when we arrived. Georges served us breakfast many mornings and always made sure we had what we needed. I can't remember the breakfast chef's name, but he's been there for years and always makes our eggs just how we like them. Alex, our evening entertainer, learns the songs we like and sings them with a smile. Housekeeping is outstanding: our room was always clean and fully stocked. I truly have nothing negative to say about the BEAUSITE, only positives. Thank you again!

The room beside the main building was a particular favorite, with high-quality furnishings. We had a good time at Beausite Zermatt and give it five stars for the shuttle, professional staff, facilities, location, breakfast, views and room setup. Thanks to everyone who helped us. We'll come back.

We weren't hotel guests, but came for the spa. For 400 CHF, two of us had full-body 50 minute massages and spa access. The staff were incredible and very accommodating, and managed to arrange a massage at the last minute. The spa was very enjoyable, and Ushi gave a great massage. The hotel looks beautiful too. A really nice experience.

We loved our stay at the Beausite Hotel. The room was spacious and amazing, with heated bathroom floors and a great Matterhorn view. The amenities were top notch and the staff were great. You do need to shuttle or walk to the slopes, as with most hotels in Zermatt. We'd highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The rooms were spacious, spotless and really comfortable, and the hotel had everything from indoor and outdoor pools to saunas and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent, and they helped arrange ski lessons. The location made getting to the cable car, town centre and train station easy. Staff were warm and professional throughout, and the hotel’s own transfer car to and from the station was a thoughtful touch. I left with a great impression of Zermatt and would happily stay here again.
