The location is beautiful, and the room on the lower left facing the balcony had older furnishings, which was no problem. The bedding, blanket, and pillows, though, were beyond words. Luckily, we each had a sleeping bag with us. The room was filthy, with dirt in every corner and a musty smell. The curtains and windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in maybe a year. The light wells were full of cobwebs and grime, and the terrace had cigarette butts and champagne corks and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Disappointing. The whole place left a disgusting impression.

It’s in a great location, and the dated look wasn’t a big deal. But the bedding and bathroom towels weren’t clean, the carpet throughout the house was very dirty and smelled musty, and the curtains, including the shower curtain, were dirty too. The refrigerator was broken, and some of the furniture was both dirty and partly broken. Sad, since the house could be turned into something great.
