We'd happily stay here again when we return. The host was easy to reach and very responsive, and the apartment was clean and comfortable, with lots of natural light from the windows and skylights. There's a great Matterhorn view from the balcony. It's close to the train station and town center, and handy for skiers, with ski storage and a boot warmer. The ski lift is also within walking distance.
We stayed June 4-7 and had a great time. The balcony has a lovely view, and the apartment has everything except its own washing machine. There's a paid laundry in the basement. A tip for finding the key: skip level 1, take the lift straight up to the right level, and open the safe there. We reached the haus by walking along the railway track, but with heavy luggage you'll need to take the longer way. We'd strongly recommend staying here and would come back to Zermatt.
The Matterhorn view is the best in Zermatt! The apartment was clean and well kept, and had everything a family could need for a comfortable vacation. The location is very central, just a few minutes on foot from the train and the center. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We'd love to return.
Miriam was such a nice and helpful hostess, and we'd certainly love to come back. The apartment was well equipped and perfectly located in Zermatt. It had a lovely character, ceiling windows, and a stunning Matterhorn view from the balcony.
We were lucky to have great weather and beautiful Matterhorn views from the lounge room. There were six of us in the three bedroom flat in Haus Granit, which was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had a well equipped kitchen. With small children, being so central was a real help, close to the railway station, shops, and Sunnegga train. Highly recommended!
