Haus Venus - Three Bedroom

My trip got off to a rough start. I arrived at midnight ready to check in, but the keys weren’t in the agreed spot, so I had to wait in the cold at the train station until businesses opened. Since check-in usually starts after 2 PM, it looked like a real problem. Then Menno stepped in and sorted it out. Before 6 AM, he’d already prepared the apartment, left it open, and put the keys on the table. We didn’t even meet in person. When I got inside, I was amazed by the modern design, how spotless it was, and how well organized everything was. It had everything I needed. Menno really saved my trip, and I’m incredibly grateful. He went beyond what I expected, and I’ll definitely return. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Menno, for everything. Keep helping and serving people the way you do.

We were five people for five nights, and the apartment was top notch, clean, and had all the modern conveniences. There were two good showers and fast wifi. Menno was a top bloke and always answered our questions, even when we changed our plans twice. It’s well placed for the ski lift, rentals, and supermarkets. A Portuguese cafe opposite was a nice bonus for morning coffee and sandwiches to take on the slopes, since food on the mountain is very, very pricey ;). Thanks, Menno and Bernadette 👍🏻

Right in the heart of Zermatt, this fantastic one-bedroom flat has Matterhorn views and a nice balcony. It’s cozy and comfortable, and there’s a fondue set too, perfect for a relaxed evening making your own fondue.

A comfortable homestay with basic amenities and wifi. The view from the apartment is amazing, and the Banhoff is around a ten-minute walk away.
