We loved the atmosphere at Hotel Zermama. The reception team were kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived, and we felt looked after. The thoughtful design has so much personality, with little details to notice in every corner. We had drinks from the beautiful restaurant and bar in our room, enjoying them on the amazing balcony. The interior and atmosphere there were lovely, and the drinks were truly amazing. One of our favorite experiences was having fondue on the balcony, with fresh air and a Matterhorn view. Zermama really impressed us with its style, charm, and soul. Absolutely recommended!

The downstairs restaurant was great, while breakfast was just okay. We had a cosy, clean room with an awesome view of the Matterhorn. It’s only a few minutes on foot to the train station, including the Gornergrat scenic train, and the location was excellent. Service was prompt and friendly when we asked for extra pillows and room service. When we arrived early in the afternoon, nobody was at reception to check us in, but a friendly guy in the restaurant helped us out. We’d stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights in September 2025, and the hotel was amazing. It’s a short walk from the train station, and I’d highly recommend a room facing the Matterhorn. Breakfast was well worth it, too.

We were really pleased with everything this little hotel had to offer. Check-in was excellent, and we had a wonderful room. We’re heading to the Bistro for dinner now, and I’m looking forward to good food and service.

Roberto went above and beyond with his helpful, warm hospitality. We loved the faux fur robes, which were 10/10 warm, and the Matterhorn views were incredible. Having fondue on the balcony was great, too. The hotel is literally across from the mountain cable car for skiing. With its boutique feel, Hotel Zermama made us feel like valued guests. Highly recommend!
