The staff made our stay, with incredible service throughout. Our room’s Matterhorn view was lovely, and the spa was beautiful. We also enjoyed the food and drinks. I can’t say enough about how nice this hotel is. Highly recommended.

The service was what really stood out at Le Mirabeau Hotel. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Mr William Glemser for promptly and honestly helping us recover and ship an item of value that we’d forgotten. We’re very grateful for his help. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with an inviting alpine feel, and spotlessly kept. The Matterhorn view was stunning, and waking up to it felt like a dream. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed winding down in the spa at the end of the day. The hotel is quiet but central, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which made getting in and out very convenient. For comfort, wonderful views, and warm hospitality in Zermatt, Le Mirabeau was a perfect place to stay.

Mirabeau came through when we needed a backup after a problem with our previous reservation. They treated us really well, and the service was incredible. The facilities and food were high quality, and you could see the care in every detail. Thanks so much again!

Being so close to the Sunnegga Funicular made our ski trip much easier. We could walk there from the hotel without needing a taxi or bus, then finish the day with a relaxing spa visit and its very large indoor pool. We had a wonderful stay at Le Mirabeau Hotel and Spa. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, breakfast was amazing, and the staff were kind and welcoming. I’d recommend it 100%.

The reception staff were especially helpful and welcoming, with great hospitality from William and Hakan in particular. The hotel is also within walking distance of the train station. My room was very nice and clean. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you very much.
