Monte Rosa was recommended to our family, and I can see why. The traditional decor is beautiful, rooms are comfortable, and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial each morning, and the location is excellent. We couldn't fault the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

The South American restaurant and the bar both had a good atmosphere, and I'd recommend them along with the hotel. It has charming vintage decor and a distinctly Swiss feel throughout. The staff were friendly and professional, welcomed us warmly, and made us feel at home.
