We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Unique Hotel Post. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Ayan Darwiche, whose greeting set a lovely tone for the visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and arranged in a cozy, inviting way. The real highlight was private roof access, with a dedicated staircase leading straight up from our room to a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the Alps. It felt like an unforgettable luxury. Hospitality and accommodations were both beautiful, and we’ll treasure the memories. We highly recommend the hotel.

We spent a long weekend in Zermatt with our family at the Unique Post Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. The staff went above and beyond to meet our wishes and made the stay unforgettable. We’d love to come back.

The name “Unique” really fits. The hotel is modern, stylish, and lively, with cool parties, yet still incredibly cozy. A charming touch is the original chalet inside the hotel, where breakfast is served the next morning. Breakfast is a real highlight, with a huge choice of fresh ingredients and freshly pressed fruit juices. My favorite was the perfect Eggs Benedict. I was back at the Unique Hotel Post Zermatt on November 29, 2025, and was delighted to get a complimentary room upgrade, a perfect start. The spa isn’t huge, but it’s beautiful, very well maintained, and ideal for relaxing. Service was top-notch, the staff friendly and easy-going, and the facilities and cuisine were of a very high standard. I can highly recommend this hotel.

There’s a lot of history here, including a tradition of hosting musicians and celebrities. With restaurants, bars and even a club downstairs, it’s a fun place for a trip that mixes skiing, good food and apres. The rooms are cosy, modern chalet style, and this is my favourite place to stay in Zermatt. It feels special and unlike anywhere else.
