The risotto and cheese fondue were excellent, and so were the fish and chips. We lost track of time over the warm, comforting food. The people here were so friendly and welcoming, and they let us split a fondue without making a fuss so everyone could enjoy it.

The location made it easy to enjoy both the village and the mountains, and everything felt spotless and clean. The place has a real Swiss charm and an atmosphere typical of Zermatt, which made the stay even better. Amazing stay, highly recommended!

We just finished a three-night ski stay in Zermatt. The hotel offered good value, with friendly service, quaint rooms, and a good breakfast each morning. Its location was great too. A friend travelling with me hurt her knee, and on departure morning the owner helped carry our luggage to the train station. I'd definitely stay here again when I return to Zermatt. There's a restaurant at the hotel, though I didn't eat there during our stay. It looked busy and had a great-looking menu.
