We spent a month here and had a great stay. The apartments were clean and had everything we needed, and the location was excellent.

I stayed for almost 2 months and didn't have any problems at all. A great place for short term accommodation. Thanks to the whole hotel management team for the support, and special thanks to Mr. Cem. Highly recommend.

After more than 3 years here, having checked out other places, I can say this is a great choice for a longer stay in Zug. It's right in the center, and my apartment had a good layout, a nice terrace, and everything well equipped. The booking, reception, and cleaning teams were all kind and quick to help, which feels unusual these days. This may sound like an advert, but it's based on my experience. Thanks again to Adnan and the team! I also want to add that their service stayed just as courteous and responsive when I asked for help after I was no longer a customer and no longer living in Switzerland. That's the peak of service. Kudos Adnan!

We spent 3 months here with our 2 dogs. It's clean, in a quiet neighbourhood, and pet friendly, with a really friendly staff. A great place for a long stay or business trip in the heart of Zug. Strongly recommend.

The pool is somewhere else, so first you have to walk to Parkhotel and get a card from them to enter the other place where the pool is. The hotel could just give you that card at check-in, but no!
