The owner refused when I asked for more than one egg at breakfast, which was the strangest and most frustrating rule. For the price, I expected a decent breakfast and better service. The rooms were also very basic and not very clean. It was a disappointing stay at this 1-star hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you really have no other option.

I've stayed in plenty of places, but never seen anything like this. There was dirt and expired food, with poor hygiene everywhere. Disgusting. Everyone should avoid this place from afar.

The location worked out great for our big family reunion. With the downstairs rooms booked, it was helpful to have room to spread out a bit in the atrium. The group price was great, and they accommodated our food and laundry needs. The rooms are small but clean. We were near a major train station, so getting around was easy, and we took day trips all over the country. If you're planning a family reunion in Switzerland, this is the place.

We were disappointed by both dinners. One time the main was finely cut meatloaf in gravy with noodles. On the second visit, it was a sausage like a Bockwurst with gravy and polenta. I wouldn't recommend them.

They sent us to another hotel, Rawil Sternen, which was old and rundown, without proper maintenance. The carpet smelled bad and the toilet was dirty. It was a very bad experience, and the owner wasn't truthful. Please avoid booking this hotel.
