Abidjan Luxury Residence

The worst part was how unprofessional the staff were. I spent five days here, and right away they asked me to cancel my Agoda booking, saying they no longer use that platform. That meant losing the discounts and other benefits tied to the reservation. In the mornings, housekeeping repeatedly slammed doors and woke me up. I complained, but nothing changed. Prices at the restaurant seemed to be made up as they went along. The receptionist also seemed to think she could cook, but the food was badly prepared and cost as much as a meal at a five-star hotel. When I was leaving, the receptionist pressured me by saying the room was already advertised online and I would be charged 10,000 francs for every extra hour. I asked for an invoice and, unfortunately, didn’t check it before leaving. My name was misspelled on it. The prices are far too high for the service, and I can’t recommend this place.

The pool was a lovely addition, and I felt secure on the grounds. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay.

After a day of work, I loved spending time on the rooftop. The suite was really comfortable, and everyone on staff made me feel welcome. A wonderful place to stay, thanks again!

The room was comfortable and the setting was pleasant. Attentive staff made the stay memorable. I’d recommend it 100%!
