10/10
There’s a mall with a supermarket right across the street, plus lots of nearby places serving different cuisines. The apartment hotel is fairly new, with spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. There’s also a shared laundry room. 10/10, I’d stay here again.

We had a two-room unit at a reasonable price, and there was a choice of breakfast and gym access or neither. The washing machine was available, and the laundry cost was much better than at other places. Marc Alex looked after us really well during the stay. We’ll be back soon.

4/10
My colleagues and I chose a two-room suite rather than the three-room option, with the understanding that breakfast would be included in the price. My colleagues got the breakfast we’d agreed on, but I didn’t. Cynthia had said breakfast was included, then Nadia refused to honor that agreement for me.

8/10
The place was clean, comfortable, and well located, and the staff were wonderful. Nadia, Andrea, Dominique, Marc, and Carole at the front desk were especially great. Service can be slow at times, but I had a very good stay and would come back.

This was my second visit, and I plan to keep coming back. I loved the amenities, and room service was right on point. The Wi-Fi got spotty now and then, but I had a great stay overall.
