My room was clean, and everyone I met, from the guards to the waiters and hostesses, was professional. It was a pleasant stay, thank you all. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a door-handle sign saying either “do not disturb” or that the room can be made up.

The good points were a quiet, safe neighbourhood, a very comfortable bed, and a considerate receptionist who briefly used Google Translator to communicate with us despite not understanding English. They also don't charge extra for room service food orders. But my wife and I were very disappointed with the SUPERIOR ROOM we booked. It was far too basic: no WiFi, fridge, or dressing mirror. The bathroom drainage was poor, with nothing separating the toilet and bath, so the whole room flooded. We were on the 4th floor and had to leave the tap running for over 15 minutes to get warm water. The next morning, the tap wouldn't flow at all, and the elevator felt like a safety hazard. The most frustrating thing was that none of the staff at a hotel with 50+ rooms could speak or understand English. We paid the couple's rate but were served breakfast for only one. Prices had gone up 30% because of AFCON, with no improvements. We decided to stay just one night. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't visit again. No value for money.

Not a good choice for tourists. The location is horrible, the road is bad, and the restaurant is awful. Customer service is poor, they only take cash, and the shower floods the washroom.
