The rooms are spacious and clean, but the doors don’t lock properly and the wifi never works right. There were no towels at the pool. After 45 minutes, staff told us there weren’t any and we’d have to take towels from our room. The pillows are very poor quality too. In my opinion, there’s a lot to improve.

Breakfast is limited, and when something runs out it isn’t replenished, staff just say it’s finished. Meals are overpriced and don’t match the hotel’s standard. The rooms are nice, but there’s just one bar of soap, no other toiletries, and no drinking water, so guests have to buy it at quite a high price. The service left me feeling they cared more about profit than giving customers a rewarding experience. 😞

Disgusting place to stay, and the food was absolutely horrible. I got food poisoning.

The breakfast selection could use some work, though it’s not bad. I think improving it would make the biggest difference. It’s a good site with an honest rate and a nice balance of comfort and cost. A little more care could easily bring it up to a 4-star hotel, though at this price, why pay more?

The rooms are nice, but the service didn’t impress me. During the conference, the water pump broke one night and attendees were given two bottles of water to wash with. The on-site restaurant was quite expensive, security was okay but not great, and the internet kept dropping in and out.
