The service itself was good, with staff around whenever we needed them. We didn't try the food, and after reading some other reviews, maybe that was the right call. For 63 000 CFA / 96 Euro / 80 GBP, our family room at Boutique Hotel Pavillion came with dirty cutlery when we arrived, rusty pins sticking out of the floor, stained towels, grim carpets in the toilet, and wooden floors so dirty they seemed beyond repair. There were plenty of other surprises too, and you didn't have to look hard to find them. Please consider fully renovating the family room. I usually have low standards and don't complain, but this really spoiled my stay. Thank you.

The staff were so nice and polite, and I had a really fun time. It’s a perfect spot for a getaway. I’ll definitely come back on my next vacation.

It’s a charming little hotel with the feel of an old mansion. The staff were helpful and really nice, and it has the basics covered, including breakfast, decent Wi-Fi and a pool. I do wish the mattresses were better.

The rooms are comfortable, with AC, Wi-Fi and hot water, and there’s a pool too. It’s well placed near restaurants, very calm and private, and feels connected to nature. A distinctive kind of place in Ivory Coast. There’s no bar or smoking room, but they take Visa and the staff are very welcoming.

The setup has a good idea behind it, though it could use a facelift. The receptionist spoke English, which made me feel more at ease.
